Why The Mind Gym?

Have you ever wondered why there is not a space to work on your mental well-being similar to how you would train your body in a gym? Us to. So often, our options are solo work guided by apps (headspace, calm, ect.) or one on one with a counselor or therapist. While these are great options, they can become costly and miss out on an opportunity to grow alongside a community on your journey.

The Mind Gym by RGF Performance is on a mission to change that. Our goal is to build a community that utilizes evidence based practices to enhance their mental well-being and psychological flexibility. Drawing from the world of Sports and Performance Psychology the aim of The Mind Gym is to support people in elevating into the upper range of their capabilities while optimizing for satisfaction & joy.

How it works:

As we grow, there will be several opportunities for you to be involved:

  1. Weekly Mental Fitness Workouts

    1. Each workout is tailored to train certain aspects of your mental well-being. Much like how you may choose to squat to enhance your leg strength, these workouts will focus on improving focus, mitigating stress, and so much more.

  2. A Schedule of Weekly Classes

    1. Similar to classes your gym may provide like yoga, spin, or weight lifting, these classes will provide you an opportunity to connect with others who think like you and provide you a space to train your mind.

  3. One on One & Small Group Training Opportunities

    1. If you’re interested in getting some more personalized training or maybe you have a specific goal that you are looking for. These options will be tailor to meet your individual needs.
